Job Summary

Provide administrative and operational support in managing outsourcing projects, including recruitment, candidate coordination, documentation and timesheet management. Gain exposure to both HR operations and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day administration and operations of outsourcing projects

Maintain accurate candidate rosters, timesheets and other related HR records.

Prepare and maintain HR and project-related documents.

Support recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, reviewing applications and screening candidates.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What We are Looking For

Higher Nitec in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.

Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

Adaptable in changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
