About us

WINDMILL Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1983. We specialize in Fire Services Engineering and are registered as a Group II F.S. Contractor with the government. We have maintained strong relationships with a diverse client base, including public utility companies and listed construction companies.

Responsibilities

• Produce and revise 2D drawings and 3D models from sketches, markups and specification

• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details and shop drawings

• Apply company / BIM standards

• Coordinate with engineers, architects and PMs to resolve design clashes

• Run basic take offs, dimensions and quantities, ensure drawing accuracy.

• Manage CAD filesConduct site measurement and update as built

• Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements

• At leave 2 years as a Draftsman or equivalent in MEP services

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Basic proficiency Revits / Naviswork

• Ability to read/interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specifications.

• Solid understanding of tolerances, scales, and dimensioning; attention to detail.

• Strong communication; comfortable with redlines and iterative reviews.

Preferable Requirement:

• Revit/BIM coordination, Navisworks clash detection.

• Experience with MEP services coordination
