Role Description

The Mass Production Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing high-volume production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling production runs, monitoring output and yields, and coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize throughput. The role involves tracking production metrics, analyzing bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure stable and efficient mass manufacturing. The Mass Production Controller will supervise production workflows, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate documentation and reports for management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning and production management skills, with experience coordinating high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory skills to guide production teams, manage workload allocation, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Analytical skills to interpret production data, identify root causes of issues, and drive process improvements.
• Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting production status and risks.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or similar high-tech manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or related methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency with production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and basic data analysis (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).

·      Bachelor's degree or above in Science or Engineering.

·      Preferably 2 years of planning management experience (experience in 6/8-inch FAB is preferred).
