Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist merchants in gathering and completing
required documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.
Review and verify all submitted merchant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
with internal policies and regulatory requirements before submission to the Compliance
Department.
 Act as the main point of contact for merchants regarding documentation-related queries
and provide guidance as needed.
Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance and Finance, to ensure a seamless
onboarding experience for merchants.
Maintain and update merchant records and documentation in accordance with company
policies.
Support the resolution of any documentation discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
 Assist in preparing merchant-related reports and operational updates.
 Provide administrative support for merchant operations
 Handle Merchant Leasing contract renewal
Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
