Retail Assistant – MEEFAH SE

MEEFAH SE is a growing Malaysian fishing tackle retail business looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Senawang, Seremban.

You will be part of our daily retail operations and help customers find the right fishing products while maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly, helpful service
• Recommend suitable fishing tackle and products based on customers' needs
• Operate the cashier/POS system and handle customer payments
• Receive, arrange, label and replenish stock
• Prepare and pack customer orders
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized
• Assist with stock checking and inventory management
• Assist with TikTok, social media content and livestream activities when required
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Support other day-to-day retail operations as assigned

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
• Able to work as part of a team
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• No previous fishing experience required — training will be provided
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage

What We Offer

• Basic salary: RM1,700
• Attendance Allowance: up to RM500
• Fixed Closing Allowance: RM100
• Overtime paid separately where applicable
