Job Summary

Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute architectural designs to meet client requirements and project specifications
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Lead and manage internal and external project teams to optimize collaboration and performance
• Utilize ArchiCAD and Photoshop software to produce detailed architectural drawings and presentations
• Apply local architectural knowledge and standards gained from at least one year of Singapore experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Experience with ArchiCAD and Photoshop software for architectural design and visualization
