Working Hours: Mon to Fri , 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM/ 9:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Location: Near One North MRT

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating technical team schedules, and ensuring efficient processing of service reports, quotations, and invoices. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, offering administrative support and driving continuous service improvements. Job Description:


Provide exceptional customer service to maintain premium brand standards and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Communicate accurate and timely information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Address feedback and inquiries promptly to enhance service quality and drive continuous improvement.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate schedules for the Customer Service Technical Team.
Prepare and process service reports, quotations, and invoices efficiently.
Monitor and follow up on all open service requests.
Collaborate with other departments and offer administrative support when needed.


Requirements:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer contact center is preferred.
