PROJECT MANAGER

LANDED HOUSES-MAIN-CON (GOOD PAY +GOOD BONUS + 14 ANNUAL LEAVE)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the entire of progress movement from preliminary site to final inspections. Ensure entire projects is on time completion with required quality standards

• Managing and assigning daily tasks for site operations and conduct meeting with multi trades on site as the clients, architects, engineer, RTO, sub-con & workforce.

• Monitoring expenditures, minimizing building material waste. Ordering materials, hardware & tools, renting equipment/machinery.
• Prepare project reports, technical drawings and other necessary documents to related authorities to secure necessary submission and approval.

• All on-site documentation, ensure all changes of specification of construction drawings is updated. Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues arise.

• Verify construction details, defects, and variations against plans before construction or payment processing.

• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance on site.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

·        Min 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.

·        Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and project management software is an advantage.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
