Job Description
Manage and coordinate architectural design works for local and overseas construction projects.
Prepare, review, and develop architectural drawings, plans, and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure designs comply with building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
Review construction progress and provide solutions for architectural issues.
Attend project meetings and support project coordination activities.
Manage submissions, approvals, and documentation related to architectural works.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverablesSupport project documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
Relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software, or other design tools.
Good knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and design standards.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage project deadlines.
