We're looking for an experienced ESH & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance, and security operations across our facilities. You will work closely with internal teams, security personnel, contractors, and relevant external parties to maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Environment, Safety & Health (ESH)
- Oversee and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across the company's premises.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential safety, health, and environmental hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ESH policies, SOPs, guidelines, and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programmes for employees.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure employees follow established safety procedures.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain ESH records, inspection reports, incident reports, permits, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities, contractors, consultants, and service providers on ESH-related matters.
Security & Site Protection
- Oversee the company's overall security operations and ensure effective protection of employees, premises, assets, and company property.
- Manage and coordinate outsourced security personnel, including duty schedules, deployment, performance, and daily operations.
- Establish and enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and external parties.
- Monitor security incidents, suspicious activities, unauthorised access, and potential security risks.
- Coordinate the management and monitoring of CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and other security-related facilities.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify weaknesses or potential security risks within the premises.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports with appropriate follow-up actions.
- Ensure proper visitor registration, contractor access, key control, and restricted-area access procedures.
- Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when serious security incidents or emergencies occur.
- Continuously review and improve security procedures to strengthen overall site protection.
General Site Management
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Facilities, and Management to maintain a safe, secure, and orderly workplace.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for safety, security, maintenance, and related site services.
- Identify operational risks and recommend practical solutions to improve workplace safety and security.
- Support company emergency response and business continuity planning.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
