We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. This will role with provide excellent opportunities for career advancement within a structural design department working on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical and Food & Beverage sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for buildings and structures, including reinforced concrete and structural steelwork.
• Develop structural calculations, design documentation and coordinate the production of drawings.
• Use relevant structural analysis and design software to support engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate regularly with clients, internal multidisciplinary teams and other project stakeholders.
• Build effective working relationships and contribute positively within a collaborative project environment.
• Provide engineering support during construction, including responding to contractor queries and conducting site inspections as required.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years post graduate structural design experience
• Practical experience in the design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Proficiency in relevant structural engineering design and analysis software.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
