Role Summary

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to provide on-site operations, maintenance, administration, and technical support for cybersecurity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site operations and maintenance of cybersecurity platforms

- Administer and monitor Palo Alto perimeter firewalls for network security

- Support and manage Cloudflare DDoS Mitigation Services to ensure service availability

- Maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management for secure access control

- Operate and respond to alerts from Carbon Black EDR for endpoint protection

- Perform troubleshooting, patching, log analysis, and incident response

- Document procedures, configurations, and deliver operational reports

- Work closely with internal IT and security teams to ensure compliance

Required Skills

- 4+ years experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC support

- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cloudflare, CyberArk, Carbon Black EDR

- Knowledge of network security, DDoS mitigation, PAM, and endpoint protection

- Familiar with incident response, log monitoring, and system administration

- Good communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

- Certifications: Palo Alto PCNSE, CyberArk Defender, CompTIA Security+, CISSP

- Experience in public sector or critical infrastructure environments
