Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• Diploma in Engineering of Manufacturing, Electronics or Mechanicals.
• Basic knowledge of production and maintenance in silk printing processes.
• Skilled in data compilation, reporting and communication; able to make informed decision.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and effectively contribute in team efforts

Job Description

• Assist Engineers and EA in implementing process control function and activities in production.
• Identify and troubleshoot production line issues, and promptly report findings to the superior
• To monitor daily / weekly / monthly line rejection. Conduct reject analysis and tracking chart whenever applicable.
• Provide technical assistant to production personnel.
• Perform line audits to ensure operators adhere to established work instructions and production guidelines.
• To liase with other relevant supporting personnel for solving line problems and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards within the scope of work.
• Participate actively in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 related activities.
• Comply and participate in all EQMS and Safety activities.
• Comply to any additional responsibilities as and when assigned / required by superior.

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
