Job Summary
Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including wok-fry styles, to support kitchen operations in a live entertainment restaurant.
Responsibilities
Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
Execute wok-fry and other cooking techniques to support menu offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace during shifts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 5 years of cooking experience
Ability to work split shifts from 11 am to 10:30 pm with rest periods
Willingness to work 6 days per week

Work location: Bugis area
Work schedule: 6 days per week, split shift from 11 am to 10:30 pm
Salary range: $3,500 to $4,000, depending on experience
