Professional Job Description

The AI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that support Singtel's digital transformation and AI strategy. The successful candidate will work with business leaders, data scientists, software engineers, cloud specialists, and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end AI and machine learning architectures for enterprise applications and business use cases.

Translate business requirements into scalable AI, data, cloud, and technology solutions.

Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and cloud teams to deliver AI solutions.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI, machine learning, cloud, data, and infrastructure technologies.

Design solutions incorporating generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and AI agents where appropriate.

Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Support the integration of AI capabilities with enterprise applications and existing technology platforms.

Provide technical leadership during solution design, proof-of-concept, development, testing, and deployment.

Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for AI solutions.

Work with senior stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, architectural decisions, and business value.

Keep up to date with developments in generative AI, cloud platforms, machine learning, and enterprise AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, AI/ML engineering, cloud architecture, or a related technical field.

Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise AI or machine-learning solutions.

Good knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, AI platforms, and data architectures.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, data pipelines, model deployment, and integration architectures.

Experience with Python, SQL, machine-learning frameworks, or AI development platforms is an advantage.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, responsible AI, and enterprise technology governance.

Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Relevant cloud, AI, or architecture certifications are an advantage.

Pay: $8,400.00 - $11,000.00 per month
