We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Technical Sales Representative
to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling technical products and solutions, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate product recommendations, and developing strong long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
Explain technical product features, benefits, specifications, and applications clearly to customers.
Work closely with the technical, operations, and management teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and opportunities.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
