Job Description:

1. We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience for complex enterprise workflows and AI-powered applications.
2. This role involves owning the full design lifecycle from discovery and research to prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration across web and mobile platforms.
3. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences for data-rich, multi-role enterprise products, with a strong focus on AI interaction patterns, usability, and trust. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, contribute coded prototypes when needed, and champion scalable design systems and consumer-grade quality.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Senior UX/UI Designer,End-to-End Experience Owner,AI Interaction Designer,Design Systems Lead,Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for AI-native employee-facing products, from problem framing through delivery and iteration.,Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows, AI interactions, and data-rich interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
2. Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
3. Translate business, operational, and user needs into usable, visually polished product experiences.
4. Design for multi-user roles, approvals, exceptions, dashboards, and operational workflows.
5. Apply interaction patterns that address AI uncertainty, transparency, user control, feedback, error recovery, and trust.
6. Prototype and test emerging AI interaction concepts to validate usability and value before implementation.
7. Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual research, stakeholder workshops, and usability testing.
8. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions and product recommendations.
9. Present design rationale to stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and incorporate feedback without compromising design integrity.
10. Create, maintain, and govern design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns in Figma.
11. Partner with engineering and product teams throughout delivery, including feasibility discussions, design handoff, implementation reviews, and QA.
