岗位职责
Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
Monitor project costs and variations.
Prepare progress claims and assist in final accounts.
Maintain proper cost documentation and records.
Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by Management from time to time.
Hytech Builders Pte Ltd was established in 1982 and has successfully completed several major projects in the fields of civil engineering and building construction, notably MRT tunnels and stations, institutional, industrial, office and residential developments, for major public authorities and private organizations.
Hytech is committed to providing reliable and quality works and high-value services to its clients. To constantly maintain such commitment and to keep up with development in the industry, the Company had achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and integrated QEHS Management System. This would also be in line with our philosophy of adopting safe and environmentally friendly practices and methods.
The Company had achieved significant recognition for its efforts to contribute to the industry as evidenced by the attaining of several BCA Awards for Construction Excellence and Buildable Design. With an annual turnover exceeding $50 million for the past 4 years, the Company expect further growth and is working towards greater expansion in its scope of service and work value in the coming years, while maintaining its objective of quality work and high-value services to clients.
