Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, addressing them with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, including Housekeeping and Maintenance and Food & Beverage
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding prompt and satisfactory solutions.
• Proficiency in operating computer systems, including reservation and billing software. Opera system is an advantage.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
