Accounts Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who loves numbers, is highly organized, and wants to build a strong foundation in accounting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Data Accuracy: Accurately key in invoices, bills, and payment vouchers into our accounting system.
• Verification: Perform the "Three-Way Match" (matching Invoices to Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders).
• Reconciliation: Assist in monthly bank and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Digital Filing: Scan, upload, and systematically file financial documents to ensure an audit-ready office.
• Admin Support: Assist in petty cash claims and coordinate with other departments for missing documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferrably 1-3 years of experience in related fields, howeve, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply!
• Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Sum, Filter, Sort) and MHW System.
• Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, honest, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Language: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (bonus points if you are able to speak Mandarin).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
