Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and commercial teams to design technical solutions that address client business requirements and technical challenges.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Design, develop, and implement proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate technical feasibility and solution capabilities.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and provide guidance on system architecture, API functionality, and integration approaches.
• Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by providing technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation recommendations.
• Develop, integrate, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between client systems and internal platforms.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to API integration, application functionality, and system connectivity.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on API integration, development practices, and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback, identify technical gaps, and recommend product improvements.
• Monitor technical deliverables, track implementation progress, and ensure project milestones are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Research emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices to identify suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution specifications to support implementation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering, technical solutions, software development, or implementation role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Finance, FinTech, Internet, Payments, or related technology industry.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Strong understanding of API concepts, application integration, and software development practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: From RM5,200.00 per month
