Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Process Technology team in performing process and cleaning validation activities in dairy processes; design trial runs, conduct data collection, perform data analysis, and prepare reports.

• Assist in process improvement projects (reducing raw material waste, water, chemical, and energy consumption) and Enstek digitalization projects.

• Monitor plant processes daily and support technical troubleshooting activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from the operations department to support HACCP documentation reviews and ensure that the production flow diagram and HACCP plan are up to date.

• Assist the Process Technologist in equipment upgrades and new process commissioning activities in the processing plant.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Food Engineering.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Good time management skills with accurate work delivery.

• Strong communication skills; open-minded, adaptable, and able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.

• Able and comfortable working in a multicultural manufacturing/plant environment.
