ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and resolve complex application issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Act as an SME for ESRI ArcGIS and provide expert technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical application issues.
• Lead and manage the support team, ensuring effective incident and problem resolution.
• Identify system risks and recommend proactive improvements.
• Maintain troubleshooting documentation and conduct knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement through new tools and technologies.
• Support ServiceNow Field Service Management and related service operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of application support/IT experience.
• Expert proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS – mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident/problem management, and system performance experience.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Field Service Management – highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
