Responsibilities

Coordinate marine, shipyard and offshore project activities from planning to completion.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

Coordinate project schedules, drawings, submissions, materials and deliveries.

Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works and issues.

Assist with site coordination, inspections, testing and commissioning.

Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.

Track project costs, variations, claims and material status.

Ensure project activities comply with specifications, quality and safety requirements.

Support the Project Manager and engineering team in the smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Construction Management or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in marine, shipyard or offshore projects preferred.

Good understanding of marine and shipyard project processes.

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties.

Willing to work in shipyard, marine or offshore environments when required.
