Core Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Building:

Goal Setting & Strategy:
Translate executive strategies into actionable daily workflows and performance targets.
Operational Control:
Monitor budgets, manage schedules, and generate progress reports for upper management.
Problem Solving:

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in leadership, supervision, or a team-lead role.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
