Responsibilities:

Ensure receptionist area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy

Greet all incoming guests, provide professional customer service andinform the appropriate staff of their arrival

Monitor and manage room booking arrangements.

Work with teammates to ensure smooth office operations, providing ad hoc office administrative support

Procurement of stationery and office consumables

Participate and provide support in seminars, exhibitions and events

Requirements:

1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred

Good command in written and fluent in spoken English

Patient, responsible, independent, efficient, polite, and friendly

Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Ability to work independently

Immediately available is highly preferred
