Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones
• Assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload to optimize productivity
• Track project progress and provide updates to senior supervisors for informed decision-making
• Onboard new hires by coordinating orientation and delivering structured training sessions
• Provide on-the-job guidance to staff to enhance skills and performance
• Facilitate clear communication between frontline employees and senior supervisors to align goals and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support operational transparency
• Assist with scheduling and inventory management to ensure resource availability
• Resolve staff conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
