Project Manager – Overhead Conductor Rail (OCR) Projects

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the delivery and on-site management of Overhead Conductor Rail (OCR) projects. The role will oversee the entire project execution process, coordinate on-site construction activities, and manage communication among clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery in line with safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Candidates with strong English communication skills are preferred. Experience working on overseas projects, particularly in railway, power, or infrastructure projects, will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take overall responsibility for the full project lifecycle of OCR projects, including project planning, execution, delivery, and acceptance, ensuring that safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are achieved.
2. Coordinate and oversee on-site construction, testing, and commissioning activities, and promptly resolve technical and project management issues arising during execution.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and smooth project execution.
4. Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and budget performance, identify project risks, and develop appropriate mitigation measures. Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients.
5. Manage Variation Orders (VO), claims, contracts, and cost control, ensuring that the project meets its financial and commercial objectives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Proven project management experience, with experience in railway, power, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), or infrastructure projects preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of project cost control, contract management, Variation Orders (VO), and claims management.
4. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and team management skills.
5. Fluent English, with the ability to communicate independently and effectively with clients and other project stakeholders.
6. Overseas project experience is highly preferred.

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程或相关专业。
2. 具备项目管理经验，有铁路、电力、机电（M&E）或基础设施项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉项目成本控制、合同管理、变更（VO）及索赔管理。
4. 具备良好的组织协调、沟通及团队管理能力。
5. 英语流利，能够独立与客户及项目相关方进行沟通。
6. 具有海外项目工作经验者优先。
