Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Call Centre Executive to handle customer enquiries and provide professional support over the phone and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Record customer interactions and update information.
• Follow up on customer requests when required.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and listening abilities.
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused.
