Job Summary

The Lead Software Engineer for Channel Internet Banking will design, develop, and maintain a secure, scalable online banking platform. You will lead a software engineering team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions to deliver an exceptional banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions tailored for the internet banking platform to meet business needs
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry best practices and security standards
• Research and apply the latest technologies and trends in internet banking to innovate and improve user experience
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software application issues promptly to maintain seamless platform operations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and technical specifications for transparency and knowledge sharing
• Ensure all software solutions comply with security protocols to protect user data and maintain platform integrity
