Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Update software and software capabilities to run and support production: Develop and enhance existing software capabilities
- Work with development team to integrate specifications and develop performance requirements.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions, including service boundaries, data models, and scalability planning
- Design and build APIs and backend services that power the Oncoshot platform
- Research and design and develop software to optimize system performance and scalability as data volume and platform usage grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience in AI Engineering is valuable

- Delivery ownership: Takes a capability from design through to running reliably in production, without handing off the difficult parts.
- Debugging under constraint: Diagnoses failures in systems that cannot be observed directly, and designs for supportability from the outset.
Working Model
- Probation period: First 3 month probation period and conversion to permanent staff after passing the probation.
- Reporting line: Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering on delivery.
- Location & arrangement: Based in Singapore
- Cadence: Operates within an Agile/Scrum delivery model, participating in sprint planning, refinement and reviews.
Salary Range
Indicative monthly gross salary: SGD6,000 – SGD12,000
