Job Description & Requirements:
Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination

Manage and maintain project documents

Schedule meetings and prepare minutes

Assist in submission and following up on projects progressive claims (Petty cash)

Ensure smooth communication and workflow between project teams

Assist in the preparation of project documents for submission

Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Work Experience:
Minimum "N/O" level / Professional certificate

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry or related industries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized

Good communication skills with all level

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Fast learner, positive working attitude.
