Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team and help uphold the industry leading standards of professionalism, ethics and regulatory compliance across the organisation.


As a Compliance Executive, you will play an integral role in ensuring the company operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Working closely with regulators, Real Estate Salespersons (RES), and internal stakeholders, you will manage compliance-related matters, provide practical regulatory guidance, and investigate complaints and feedback. Your work will help safeguard ERA's reputation while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability and professionalism.


You will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to promote compliance awareness, support regulatory initiatives and ensure the consistent application of regulatory requirements. You are analytical, patient and able to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters. A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering fair, practical and risk-based compliance outcomes.


Job Requirements:

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and assist in managing regulatory queries, inspections and compliance-related correspondence.
  • Handle, review and investigate feedback, complaints and other matters received by the company.
  • Advise Real Estate Salespersons (RES) and internal stakeholders on regulatory obligations, company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance processes, including those relating to professional standards, advertising, AML/CFT and regulatory reporting.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with agents, customers, regulators and internal teams.
  • Be a team player who contributes positively to a cooperative and professional work environment.
  • Preferably qualified as a RES, or familiar with the regulatory framework governing estate agencies and salespersons in Singapore.
