Position: ICT Aide
Location: Dover Road
Contract: 2 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027
Salary: Up to $3000 per month
Working hours:

1. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7.15am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
2. Tuesdays (CCA day): 7.15am to 5.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
3. Fridays: 7.15am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
4. Service may be required on weekdays in the afternoon and some weekends for official school events (staff will be compensated with time-off)
5. Timing subject to change based on school needs

1. Provide services for AV support for school operations and events
2. Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory
3. Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for school events and to maintain school website
4. Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training
5. Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support
6. Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders
