Developmental Coach @ LCS Academy

Lion City Sailors F.C. is looking for a Developmental Coach for the Academy.

Position Summary

The Development Coach will supervise the Academy Elite Development Programme (12 to 19 years old), which includes the following:

- Micro and macro planning of training

- Management of coaches

- Evaluation of players

- Developing personal development plans for players

- Documentation in the team logbook like the weekly planning, training session reports, game reports, player evaluation meetings for all coaches

- Supervision of all teams' training, matches, and tournaments

- First line of contact with players' parents

- Advises the Technical Director on recruitment and release of players

The secondary role can include coaching of older age groups and technical skills/line training for all age groups; should the situation requires so.

Requirements

-Minimum AFC C License or UEFA C or equivalent

-5 years of coaching youth coaching experience with elite youth players
