• Lead and supervise QC inspectors in daily inspection activities.
• Perform incoming, in-process, first-piece, and final inspections.
• Inspect sheet-metal components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Check processes including laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, grinding, deburring, and finishing.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Identify and control non-conforming products and prepare NCR reports.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and calibration records.
• Monitor rejection, rework.
• Train and guide QC inspectors on inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in sheet-metal fabrication and QC inspection.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Familiar with measuring equipment and inspection methods.
• Experience in leading or supervising a QC team.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, NCR, root-cause analysis, and corrective action is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
