Best-Can Marketing Sdn Bhd is engaged in the manufacturing of furniture wood coatings, glass coatings, industrial coatings, thinner, and other chemical solvents primarily used in the furniture and related industries. Role Description

• Record and prepare customer orders based on orders submitted by the Sales Team.
• Transfer hardcopy order records into the AutoCount system, including preparation and keying-in of Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
• Check order details, pricing, quantities and customer information before documentation is processed.
• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks, including product label printing and preparation.
• Compile and summarize the total production materials used for each month based on production records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for Sales Orders, DOs, Invoices and other operational records.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Store and Delivery teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist in checking stock or product availability when required for order processing.
• Maintain and update customer, product and administrative records in the system.
• Assist with general office administration, data entry, printing, documentation and record keeping.
• Support management and other departments with administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using AutoCount will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Careful, organised and responsible when handling documents and numerical data.
