Job Summary:
Providing administrative support to the wider team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible
Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment, and monitoring inventory levels
Welcoming and assisting visitors, and managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
Providing general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an office administration or support role, ideally within a similar business environment
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
