We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead design projects and manage our creative team in Singapore. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from conceptualization and space planning to site execution and handovers—ensuring high design standards, client satisfaction, and compliance with local Singapore building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, space planning, 3D renderings, material selection, and detailed drawing packages.
• Oversee project delivery across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors to ensure alignment with timeline and budget targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of interior designers and collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors, main contractors, and sub-contractors on-site.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, presenting design proposals and leading progress meetings.
• Ensure all design submissions comply with local Singapore codes and regulations, including BCA (Building and Construction Authority), SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force) fire safety codes, and relevant landlord/building management guidelines.
• Source sustainable, high-quality finishes, loose furniture, and fixtures fitting the local and regional market.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role in Singapore or in construction industry.
• High competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Enscape/V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth familiarity with BCA guidelines, SCDF fire safety requirements, and Singapore submission protocols.
• Excellent project management, client-facing presentation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
