Job Summary

Lead the design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and project specifications
• Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Lead and manage internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and project performance
• Utilize ArchiCAD software to create detailed architectural models and drawings for project development
• Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and client proposals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of local architectural experience in Singapore
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software for architectural design and presentation
