Key Responsibilities

• Perform material handling and movement activities within the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Receive, verify, label, store, and issue raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods.
• Deliver materials to production lines according to the production schedule and material requirements.
• Perform material transactions accurately using ERP/MES/Warehouse Management Systems.
• Conduct inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper identification, traceability, and storage of materials according to company procedures.
• Monitor material levels and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials, or inventory issues to the relevant team.
• Support FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
• Handle materials in accordance with ESD, cleanroom, safety, and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, forklifts, or other authorized equipment, where applicable.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure materials are stored in an organized and safe manner.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Support stock-taking, inventory audits, and other warehouse activities.
• Follow all company EHS, quality, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other material handling and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in material handling, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in an MNC semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP/MES/WMS systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow work instructions accurately.
• Willing to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit and able to perform material handling activities.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift license/certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ESD handling and cleanroom practices.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MES, or warehouse management systems.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in inventory transactions.
• Experience handling high-value semiconductor materials or sensitive electronic components is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
