Role Description The Group Human Resources Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bedok, responsible for overseeing and aligning HR strategy across the Group’s diverse businesses. This role leads the development and implementation of Group-wide HR policies, frameworks, and programs that support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and succession planning. The Director will manage employee relations and engagement initiatives, guide organizational development, and partner with senior leadership to drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on labor and employment law matters, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, managing HR operations and systems, and monitoring key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making. The role also involves coaching HR teams in various entities, supporting change management and transformation projects, and championing the Group’s people-first and wellness-focused workplace philosophy.
Qualifications
  • Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, including strategic HR planning and oversight of multi-entity or regional HR functions.
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and promoting an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Experience in Performance Management, including frameworks for goal setting, appraisal processes, capability development, and succession planning.
  • Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with experience managing compliance across multiple countries or complex regulatory environments.
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
