Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant (CSA) to join our team. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, and services.
• Ensure orders are prepared and served accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with daily outlet operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow company procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or F&B is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
