about the job. Join an agile delivery team as a Business Analyst to drive functional requirement validation, platform enhancements, and multi-market solution design within the wealth management domain.

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for iterative delivery teams.

• Facilitate interactive alignment workshops with business stakeholders, technical architects, and product management teams.

• Evaluate cross-system process gaps and support functional testing across regional platform implementations.

• Partner with engineering streams to validate solution designs and resolve operational requirement blockers.

• Drive end-to-end functional integration across specialized core banking platform modules and wealth management systems.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 5 years of functional business analysis experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services environments.

• Hands-on functional or technical experience with specialized private banking and core wealth management platforms.

• Demonstrated capability in workshop facilitation, process gap analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

• Strong working knowledge of iterative project delivery models, agile workflows, and requirement validation methodologies.

• Analytical mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to operate effectively in fast-paced delivery environments.
