Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician:
Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
Support medication preparation, labelling and distribution in accordance with established procedures.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment and proper storage of medications.
Perform general pharmacy-related duties and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Work closely with pharmacists and the healthcare team to support safe and efficient pharmacy operations.
Qualifications for Pharmacy Technician:
Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS), Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a foreign university degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
Preferably at least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in an acute hospital setting.
Good team player with strong initiative and a positive attitude.
Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of service, performance and patient safety.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
