Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

– Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives and track progress.

Resource Allocation & Optimization

– Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently for smooth project execution.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

– Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project delays or issues.

Cross-Department Coordination

– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize planning and execution.

Reporting & Compliance

– Prepare project progress reports for management and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
