FedEx is Hiring for a 12-months Full-time Finance Support System Analyst

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing technical support and expertise for financial systems and applications. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of financial systems, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

What you will be responsible for:

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users experiencing issues with financial systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Monitor the performance and functionality of financial systems on a regular basis. Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure system integrity and security.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on financial systems and processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations. Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities.
• Utilize financial systems to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes. Generate reports and insights to help stakeholders understand financial performance and trends.
• Ensure that financial systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist in audits and reviews by providing relevant documentation and information
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in financial systems, processes, and workflows. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
• Performs other duties as assigned.

You will be a good fit if you have:

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience in supporting financial systems, such as ERP, accounting software, or financial reporting tools.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, database management, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced PC skills in MS Office
