Technical Consultant - ERP/MES

Location: Loyang, Singapore (Onsite)

Client: Genpact

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Net2Source Payroll, Extendable)

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts, Weekends & Public Holidays)

About the Role

Kickstart your career in ERP and Manufacturing Systems! We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join a leading manufacturing project supporting ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, user support, and digital transformation projects within a manufacturing environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP and MES implementation projects.
• Assist in system testing, data verification, and quality checks.
• Support users by troubleshooting system issues and resolving queries.
• Assist in gathering business and operational requirements.
• Help maintain project documentation and process records.
• Participate in user training and post-implementation support activities.
• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and IT teams.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• (Fresh Graduates also Welcome)
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, Business Analysis, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of software applications, databases, or business systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to learn ERP/MES technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Comfortable working onsite and on rotational shifts.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or software testing.
• Internship or academic projects related to IT systems, engineering, automation, or manufacturing.
