What You’ll Do

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor overall project progress, site activities, manpower, resources, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate and resolve technical and site issues, including drawing discrepancies, revisions, and Requests for Information (RFI).
• Lead and chair meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Review, prepare, and verify monthly subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements, as well as health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential project risks and delays and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and relevant project documentation.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise construction.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of high-rise construction methods, processes, and site operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
