About the Roles

Join as a Project Engineer (MEP) supporting Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Construction projects in the East Region. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, offering a basic salary with medical and dental benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, coordinate, and track Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across assigned projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Review design drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and assess technical information to identify project issues, risks, and necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate efficient site execution and timely material delivery.
• Ensure project activities comply with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to clients and project stakeholders and address project-related technical queries.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project budgets while monitoring project expenditure.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspection, defect rectification, and project handover activities.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within building or construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Experience in site coordination, subcontractor management, and project execution.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and work effectively with different stakeholders.
